Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Passenger

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund, no cancellation fee
  • 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at (323) 328-3333 via call, text, iMessage, or WhatsApp. Cancellations must be confirmed by the driver to be valid.

3. Cancellation by Driver

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your trip due to:

  • Vehicle mechanical issues
  • Driver illness or emergency
  • Severe weather or unsafe road conditions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund. We will make every effort to provide advance notice and assist in finding alternative transportation when possible.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Zelle/Venmo/PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your trip, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule at no additional charge, subject to availability.

6. Late Arrivals and Wait Time

  • We provide a 15-minute grace period for passenger pickup at no charge
  • After 15 minutes, a $10 wait fee per 15 minutes may apply
  • If passenger does not arrive within 30 minutes, the trip may be cancelled as a no-show

7. Trip Modifications

Changes to destination or route during the trip may result in additional charges based on the new distance. The driver will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.

8. Service Issues

If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your trip. We will review your concern and determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, traffic accidents, or government restrictions. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.
