1. Agreement to Terms

By booking and using EV Voyage transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

EV Voyage provides premium electric vehicle transportation services using a Tesla Model Y. Services include point-to-point transportation across Southern California and select long-distance destinations.

3. Booking and Reservations

  • Bookings are made via phone, text, iMessage, or WhatsApp
  • Reservations are confirmed upon agreement of pickup time, location, and destination
  • Pricing is based on flat rates as published on our website
  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Respect the vehicle and driver
  • Follow all safety instructions
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances in the vehicle
  • No pets allowed (service animals may be accommodated with advance notice)

5. Cancellation Policy

6. Liability and Insurance

EV Voyage maintains appropriate insurance coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Driver Rights

The driver reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if passenger behavior is deemed unsafe, threatening, or violates these terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
